THE VERTICAL JUMP BIBLE
This is a 16 week program with about 150 pages of content and consists of weight and plyometric routines, perfect if you're just starting out in gaining maximum vertical advantage in figure skating. The whole system is designed to be modified for your level and body type, and you can customize it to fit whatever stage you're in. So as your jumps increase in height and you're able to do more, you can go up a level and increase the intensity and type of exercises that you do.

Nuts and bolts time, you're looking at 16 different plyometric programs and multiple weight training exercises in a 16 week program. What we liked about this system was that you don't need access to a gym and as long as you have a bit of space you can perform everything at home. The testers on this program gained an average of 7-8 inches on their vertical jump. Probably the best value for money if you're not yet at an advanced level and are just starting to seriously work on the heights of your jumps. Although, a lot of systems in the vertical jump field concentrate on basketball and dunking, this one easily translates into figure skating training and figure skating jumps.
